Well, after some looking, I think K-Mae is the best fit for what I'm looking for. A few bells and whistles I don't necessarily need, and missing a few minor things I'd have liked, but the closest.

So, there are an awful lot of prim baby options out there. A lot of them are either spammy, extraordinarily expensive or exceedingly time-intensive. I've looked at Zooby and Suki and a few others and nothing quite fits the bill.

I'm looking for a more or less customizable appearance (or custom order capability), but I don't need all the bells and whistles. What do folks like these days? I'm more or less looking for a dress-up doll that can be held, nursed, etc, not so much the full, soup-to-nuts, birth-through-adolescence experience.
