[Second Life Support Ticket for lost items]

Went to a place where a shoutcast board was purchased that disappeared and has not come back to inventory.  The store website says to file a ticket with Linden Labs, but where do you find the tickets to fill them out at?  And why can we not just get a re delivery of the product?  Can someone please assist us as this was a very expensive item and we don't want to have to spend the money to replace it.

You are not offering a job, you are telling them of a reward after an investment.  Not the same thing.
