[TMP head always white]

Had my TMP deluxe body for long time and yesterday bought TMP classic head. Tried to change skintone, but it says oops no style for it..Body skin changes as always, but for head No.How i can fix it?

[reactivated my account]

today i reactivated my old account by another e-mail.because i lost email that i registered with 1st avi.and now i can t reset password.because i don t remember registered on this avi   email or old password. what i can do then?
