    PREMIUM MEMBERS ARE ENTITLED TO A LAND FEE WAIVER FOR 1024 SQ M OF LAND ON THE MAINLAND. FULL LAND OWNERSHIP - FULL RIGHTS - NO WEEKLY FEE / TIER FOR PREMIUM MEMBER IF NO OTHER MAINLAND OR LINDEN HOME IS ALREADY OWN (You may use that waiver to pay land fees on 1024 sq m instead of having Linden home).

     

    If you go with land instead of a Linden home, the land isn't COMPLETELY free - you need to pay for the land up front but after that the land tier is included in your membership fees.

    Both are 640m next to Abandoned Land. If own land next you can buy Abandoned Land for $1 L per m for LL to make it a 1024 or larger. See below.

    How to request purchase of abandoned land

    To request the sale of abandoned land, submit a support case of the type Land & Region, and choose Abandoned Land from the second dropdown.  Provide the details of your request. In many cases, we can assist by making a larger or smaller sized parcel available rather than the actual parcel that has been requested. If you require a different size parcel than what is currently available, please request the desired size (in square meters) and provide a SLurl to the parcel's location.

     We attempt to give priority to those who already have land in the region, so please let us know if the request is for neighboring or additional land within the same region. We will try to assist with a direct sale of the abandoned land at a the price of L$1 per square meter.
