[Is there a way to block all gifts from marketplace?]

I have a friend that gets unwanted freebies from a person (and his alts) with harrassing messages. Is there a way for her to block ALL gifts from marketplace without being unable to buy things for herself?

Thanks for the answer, she can mute him and that keeps local and IMs but he sends MP gift freebies with notes attached, and like 20-30 a day, muting doesnt stop those.

[Items returned randomly]

ok, every week we see items in lost and found that are returned. We have LOTS  of available prims, auto return is set to 0. We have renters, but pretty sure they get a warning when they exceed land object limits(unable to rez full). Looking for some answers cause its getting annoying looking in lost and found each day to see what is coming back. Thoughts?

[Is there a way to tell the last time someone activated a group tag?]

Is there a way to tell the last time members activated your group tag? either by script or something in the group profile. I know you can see the last time they were logged into SL, but looking to see the last time they used the group tag.
