Om als gast in te loggen moet ik een nieuwe avatar aanmaken? Ik heb al geprobeerd via " paswoord vergeten " Mensen ik ben 75 jaar oud... ik kan dit nietmeer hoor. ik ben al 15 jaar op sl heb tijdens die jaren al 6duizend 6honderd Euro uitgegeven en het probleem dat ik nu heb is voor mij onoplosbaar Ik zal het nog eens heel kort samen vatten Ik heb twee ip adressen. Een oud van mijn vorige pc en vorige locatie nu op mijn nieuwe locatie heb ik ook een nieuwe pc. en heb op mijn nieuwe locatie een geverifieerd email adres waar ik echter mijn paswoord niet kan veranderen . . want dat wordt naar mijn oud ip adres gestuurd ben hier dus al bijna een jaar mee bezig.. en weet echt niet hoe ik aan dat ticket moet geraken en nog minder hoe ik als gast op sl kan

But i can not change my paswortd ither and that need to be poseble of course. So the problem is a sofwear problem. I have two ip adressers on my name. the old one need to be removed. As long that not happen the problem wil not be solved

Ik woon nu op een nieuw adres met een nieuw ip adres; + heb ik een nieuwe computer. Mijn nieuw e-mail adres werkt wel voor in te loggen maar kan geen partnerschap activeren of mijn wachtwoord veranderen. Mijn nieuw e-mail adres is geverifieerd.

Een antwoordt op een partnerschip wordt nog naar het oude e-mailadres gestuurd.
