[Need help with avatar..thank you]

Hello, so my avi is different colors. I just bought shoes,put them on and my feet are not the same color as the rest of my body. How can i fix that? Also i have big creases by my mouth and nose and the area around my nose looks like a different color. Any suggestions? Thank You :)

Hello everyone. I'm new to SL would like some help. Here is the pic of my avatar. I can not get the face right. It seems to me like it is different colors. How would I go about  fixing it? Also does anyone know where to get this blonde and red tipped hair?
