[Is there a setting for scrolling speed?]

I just updated my viewer and when I'm scrolling through my inventory or anything really, the scroll speed is ridiculously slow. It only occurs in second life, not with any other things I do on my computer. Is there a way I could make the speed of scrolling with my mouse wheel faster?

[I have preferences set to adult, but can't search adult regions?]

I have my preferences set to where I can see adult content, but when I search for things in world, I can't see adult regions and can't check the box so that I can search them. Is there a place where I have to go verify my age? I also do not have payment info on my account, do I have to have that in order to search for adult regions?
