[Can't login and can't get to support page]

If I am unable to log into secondlife.com AND I cannot get the support page to load either (says The server at support.secondlife.com is taking too long to respond.) how do I contact support?

Is there a phone number or something I can use?

I am having the same problem after I moved to a new house. I had metronet at my old house and when I moved to my new house, I was able to keep metronet as my internet. It works just fine at my old house but when I move my computer to my new house (same ISP at both houses) I have issues. Additionally, I cannot submit a support ticket because support.secondlife.com is also not working.

I tried searching the forums for an answer but I must not be using the right search terms.

If I edit an object and set no-modify, and give the item to someone else (it's an object I made) even though they cannot modify it, are they still able to at least move and rotate it so it looks right on their parcel?
