IRL I'm a fully qualified Exchange administrator complete with MCSE: Server Infrastructure MCITP: Messaging MCITP: Lync. I also have a lot of experience in web design as a hobby which has coupled with photo and film editing.
I have a very strong customer service background from previously being in an IT call center.
