[I can't see my avatar]

I can see others, but not mine, it remains a white cloud for a very long time, I already setted the graphics to the lowest, but nothing changed, what should I do?

[I can´t download the game!!! It says it's only compatible with windows vista!!!]

I unninstalled the game accidentaly and I can't installe it again because it's says it's only compatible with windows vista, please help
