[I didn't get a chance to accept any items I bought inworld]

I bought a bunch of things for my baby inworld but for some reason i Had to relog before accepting the folders for them. Yea I know dumb move. Is there anyway I can accept or get these folders without asking the merchant for a redelivery?

I did something wrong and now my avi seems to be swimming in the air when I take the AO off. when I turn it on she walks around just fine, but jerks. How can I fix this problem if I can? I tried everything and it just wont work

[How do I restore my items back after pressing return to owner button]

I had abandon my linden home, and before I did that I went into About Land> Objects> and hit return to parcel owner button to return my items in my inventory. I got a message saying they were returned but when I llooked the items arent there. How can I fix this or do I have to buy new stuff for my home.
