[watching an Amazon prime movie in Second life]

I have tried to watch an amazon prime movie on my Deimos TV and I get up to the point where i press play button and I keep getting an error message that says:  your viewer is missing  "WidevineCdm"  when i go to Chrome and look for it , it is there and upgraded.. anybody know the answer to that?

 

[Sound issues with Firestorm Viewer]

I use Firestorm latest version and i have experienced recurring sounds problems.  When listening to stream  in various sims. I often cannot hear the sound when a DJ is streaming music.  This can happen in any location, but seems to be happening most during large events.  Anybody experienced the same issue?  Please help, it is very frustrating to attend an event and not being able to hear the music
