[I cannot check adult content in the search area.I already enter my payments details and preferences]

I cannot check adult content in the search area.I already enter my payments details and preferences at my profile but when i try to check adult it does not work.only general and moderate work in the search section. I have restarted my pc many times nothing has changed. thanks for helping
