[I´m having problems changing my profile photo.]

Hello, I´ve tried so many times to change my profile photo in-world, but it never saves. I already tried to uninstall and install again 2 times, but it does not change anything. The photo is PNG and has 1.284 KB of size. I already tried to put photos less than 5 Mb, but it doen´t work as well. Please help. :matte-motes-crying:
