[I asked before about ave being cloudy]

I asked before about av being cloudy, and carried out all the instructions which didnt work, I also re-installed the viewer, now my main av is okay, just my alt av is cloudy. carried out the same instruction with that but didnt work, any more solutions?  I am not really computer literate sorry.

 

[when logging my av is just a white cloud even after rebaking]

Even after rebaking my av is still a white cloud, please help
