[Marketplace Initialization Error 503]

i just got my marketplace store and when i open the merchant outbox in world it gives me an error 503 message and does not function. i have tried from multiple different sims and it always happens. i do not even have anything in the box and am unable to add things to the merchant outbox. i use CtrlAltStudio viewer. i would really appreciate some way to resolve this. i have been waiting quite a while to get my store and be able to sell things i build.

[I just got a house on marketplace and was notified that it arrived but can't find it in my inventory]

and i got the notification saying it arrived in my inventory but its not there. i tried the filter and searched the name but its not there. what do i do?
