[my friend got hacked and needs help now]

my friend got hack and she has done everything on that list and she got no help except to file a case change her password and log in to her account to check the staus, but she can't cause the account is on hold, she has send emails and other cases to try and solve the problem but she keeps getting the same answer, what can she do?

I do save my local chat to my computer but yeasterday I had over 270 pages in my chat history and now its all gone, there was lessons in there i need today not to mention all of my IM chat history is gone too, how do I get them back?

[Everytime I play Second Life, my viewer freezes? HELP?]

I'm having a simular problem I found if I switched from firestorm to phoniex viewer it works better. give that a try see if it works better on phoniex version.
