[What has happened to all of the SIMS =(]

I've been gone from SL for about 8 months or maybe longer. Now that I'm back it seems that all of the Role Play sims are gone! Along with some highschools and their sims. even "disneyland" (magic land), Eden highschool, I heard even Hard Knock Elementary was gone for awhile. What's going on??!?

[i downgraded my account from premium to basin & i sold my land 2 weeks ago. WHATS GOING ON?]

I downgraded from my premium account to basic because i am no longer interesting in Premium. I have 1024 land and i sold it 2 weeks ago for $5. My account is currently pending switching from premeum to basic but they wont do it until my billing cycle for my lane that i NO LONGER OWN is here and wantt to charge me $5 for a land i dont even have! this is the message i got

 

You have already initiated the downgrade process. We will convert your account to Basic and the end of your billing cycle: Monday, 2015-05-04.

 

 

What a bunch of bull. why would i waste even $1 on a land thats already done and no longer in my possesion??

[Should i get rid of my Premium account & 1024 land and rent instead?]

I have a premium account and a land 1024 sq ft. It's  great oceanview land but i'm thinking of getting rid of it and instead of paying an extra $5 a month, i can rent a bigger parcel for the same price ($5) than what i'm paying now and save money from paying my premium account $22 every 3 months pls $5 a month. What should I do? I see people rent mainland without having to worry about tier feee, just pay and rent. Is it better to own or rent mainland????

[Low volume when uploading sound]

Whenever I upload sound to create my own gestures the sound comes out lower than it is when i orginally record it. Same for music too. So its not my recording. is there a way i can make my sounds normal??? When i play other gestures they're loud but not mine?

[Buying land from resident or group TO OWN]

I just upgraded to a premium account & i wanted to buy mainland to own, NOT RENT. I am unable to participate in action to buy land from Lindens because I am less than 14 days old & i am confused about how buyng land from a resident or group works?

 

1) if i buy a land from group then does that mean i an only a RENTER and i pay the group weekly or monhly?

2) if i buy from group or resident It says i have to pay Lindens. After I pay the lindens to the resident or group then is the land mine only now? to own??

3) I havent used my 512 land yet so by buying land from resient or group will I be charged for the tiers too??

4) how do I know if i am buying land for rent or to own? Some residents and group afdvertise (Land for sale) but i have saw some that advertise weekly linden charges??

 

I am new to this and I have found a land I really like but i don't want to get in trouble and buy something without even knowing exactly what  I am buying. =)

Yes yo will enjoy until you next billing. I also have aa question, how were you able to find land with your premium? i have been looking for hours and all i find are group lands for rent...

[Why are there no more linden mainlands for sale anymore?!]

It's a waste to upgrade my accout Ive looekd for hours and all i see are group owned lands for sale now. Is there another way I can look for land and actually find something??

[Problems with door script whenever I link house together.]

While my home i just built is unlinked, the door is able to open and close, but whenever i link the whole house together with the door, it will no longer open or close. Why is this happening?? this is not the only time it happens. i have added a few doors too and once i link they no longer open or close...
