[80% inventory missing tried everything]

It's the third week and 80% of my inventory is missing..tried cache clearing even reinstall but nothing worked Plz need help!!

Got a mesh body and am so confused,why can I not wear my regular clothes with the body, what heels to wear n what not !!

How to get a mesh head while keeping the same face???

It is disabled coz its not an issue faced by one but all the users...unfortunately takes the fun out of using SL then...really wish something was done about it.
