[For a few days now my avatar has been unable to sit]

When I right click the sit option is not lit, I have tried both Singularity and Firestorm but it's the same. This only happens on one avatar- my main one- my alt is not affected. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it's getting really annoying

[Can't stop walking]

I keep getting stuck when I am walking or flying. At first I thought it was just lag but it happens at home too where there is no lag. The only way to stop it is to log off. One time I left my av walking against a wall for 10 minutes before giving up and logging off. Why is this happening and what can I do?
