[I didn't get my products! I pay twice...need help]

Hello,I'm a player in SL.
I'm from Taiwan.
I have a big problem with shopping on marketplace.
I have 3 account include ChristinaHuang Resident,NancyHope Resident,EricaDollin Resident.

I use EricaDollin Resident get some product from marketplace, but the product didn't send to EricaDollin Resident.
the products going to send to NancyHope Resident?(I didn't set it as a gift)
I dont know what's happened.
I try 2 times and still can't get the products I dibet.

I only need 1 product to EricaDollin Resident.
