[I have a linden home but part of the house is on Protected Land - Park how can I have this fix]

Hi  I have a linden  home and part of the  house is  sitting on protected land  in side the  house, and unable too drop item in side my  home  because of this,  how can i have this  fixed, My  SL name is Sherry Haller and   i can give the landmark where thisd  at, region name Mugwort  Protected Land - Park , Mugwort (125, 233, 30) - Moderate,  it well land you inside the house. I wish to have this  fixed please  unable too use  part of my house in linden home.
