[license of a body crusher?]

hello everyone, I'd like to know the license about the object "tiny-zig Body Crusher BASIC1.71(S)", am I allowed to contain it in my creations and can I sell my creations with that Body Crusher? If I am not allowed to sell my creations with it, I may need to create my own Body Crusher.

 

I couldn't contact the likely creator...he/she seems not to login recently...

[alternative account and L$]

I have alternative accounts, I have an question about multiple accounts and Linden Dollar earning, is it ok to earn some L$ using account one, and earn some money using accoun two at the same time in the same place using the same way? is it ok to earn some L$ using account one, and earn some money using accoun two at the same/different time in the same/different place using the different way? or should any of the multiple-account-dollar-earning situatiuons be seen as a kind of frauds?
