[Seeking custom mesh collar]

Hi there,

I'm seeking a mesh maker to put together a pair of mesh collars, one for women the other for men.  Contact Alexandria Planer in world if interested.

The style for the mens would be heavy, steel, with a D ring in front and a lock in the back.  For women it would be thinner, enameled also with a D ring in front and lock in the back

I'm not seeking exclusive, but I am seeking full perms.
