About Us
Xiphora is an upcoming, customer accumlating, fashion brand that creates solely 100% original mesh for female avatars of Second Life. We've been in the experimenting behind the scenes for 7-8 months and now as we finally go public with the brand we need an individual or individuals to help further our development and expansion.
Job Description
We are looking for passionate and energetic individual(s) who share our values in our growth and development and who'll provide resourceful ideas to better the brand and collaborate with the owners in ensuring success.
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Promoting the brand through social media such as (Facebook, Flickr, Blog, etc.)
- Finding and applying to events and fashions fairs around the SL grid.
- Thorougly communicating with managerial peers for easier desicion making
- Also need to be exceptionally fluent in the English language
Experience and Skills
- Retail management experience in Second Life
- Enthusiastic, high energy team player with a proven dedication to customer service
- Working knowledge of Second Life and social media (obviously)
- Flexible retail availability

Ok, Solved! What y'all said really helped me I was using wrong terms, but it's all fixed now thank you!

Okay here's my process
I made the mesh in marvelous designer with the "Unified UV Coordinates" check box checked
To convert the tris to quads I used Zbrush and still managed to unwrap the UV in zbrush
when I imported the mesh into blender, I got the UV by just selecting my mesh and then saved it.
Once I had the uv map saved, I began rigging my mesh and when I finished that. I exported the .dae and imported it into second life
when I uploaded the uv map that I had saved earlier, the uv map is repositioned incorrectly

Hello, I've recently made a mesh dress, rigged and everything but now when I made the UV Map for it and upload the UV Map texture seperatly to second life the uv map does not really match with my dress? Like it's completely repositioned and it does not look like how it's supposed to.
Is there a tutorial that shows how to apply a UV Map to a rigged texture or can anyone help me find out what I'm doing wrong?

I'm looking for check in system used for staff. It's a way for manager's and owners to see who's checked in to their shifts at a club and who hasn't. Manager's will need some sort of representation of who's checked in to their shifts and who hasn't and all the staff need to do is use their check in using the HUD.
I can't find anything else like this on the marketplace, so please if someone can help me with. It'd be much appreciated. Obviously you will be compensated for your work.
