[Quick question regarding TOS and alts]

If you are a company in SL and an avatar has stolen product from your company and was banned, are you able to ban all of their alts knowing that they now have the stolen product?

Regardless of it being an alt, more concerned with the product that was banned they have passed to another avi. Are we able to ban that avi ( proven alt or not ) for having the product that was banned?
