Heya Beetros,
I think the new avi's people that actually come to you and leave within a short period of time do so because they come to SL thinking that they can make enough money to sustain them in RL but after a short time they realize how hard that actually is as you have mentioned 300L$ equals a mere dollar in RL. They go out seeking better jobs that will help them achieve this goal which they most likely will never find.
As for the people that are posting about wanting jobs that fit the job decriptions that you have posted about, Some people are very one track minded and post what they want and never look at any other part of the forums except what they have posted. This ends up being a loss for them and a lost for potentional bosses.
The other people that fall into this category might actually look you up inworld such as your venue, your location, and it might not match what they are looking for so they never actually contatc you.
I know there might be millions of reasons and answers for your questions but here is a few that I hope gives you some sort of clarity.
