[False Advertising - Feeling ripped off]

:matte-motes-crying: I purchased a complete rare gacha Pirate outfit on MP,  It was advertised as complete. I paid 950L for it and when I opened it, it had several pieces missing.  I have tried contacting this seller but NEVER get an answer.  I feel robbed. Is there any other course of action I can take to make this person either refund my L or supply the missing items?

I am so frustrated with maketplace and it's slowness, I am considering never using it again. I also get errors when I try to add something to my shopping cart saying it could not be added. It's not funny and I hope they get it fixed ASAP.
