Can someone please help me find these. I don't seem to be able to find them on MP or in world, only content for them.

[Tattoo layers]

Does anyone know why might be having problems wearing more than 2 tattoo layers today?  I have been able to wear up to 5 in the past and now I'm unable to wear more than 2.  I have lipstick and eyeshadow on and am unable to attache my Slink hands and feet blend layers as they are tattoos also.  I'm not wearing any other clothing layers, all just mesh.  Any idea what I can do?

Does anyone know where I can find this item?  I looked in world at their store and not there.  I also can't find it on mp.  Is it still being sold??
