[Redelivery helps!]

I bought the full body from the mesh project store I have my head back to playing after 2 years and I can't get the new model redelivery says I don't have data there. Does anyone know how to help me?

Bom pessoal meu jogo era perfeito graficamente... mas eu tinha um erro no windws e  precisava formatar o PC  demorei uns dias ate que formatei, instalei os drives necessários corretamente como o de costume ai logo em seguida os jogos, e o sl mas quando fui testar o sl logo de cara percebi que os gráficos n estavam como antes, agora esta td enbacado as letras estão péssimas para ler os detalhes n da pra ver de longe tentei de td o que foi possível troquei de drive de vídeo 3 vezes não resolveu tentei, varias configuracões gráficas dentro do próprio sl como low e ultra e no display da placa de vídeo e não conclui resolver venho aki pedir a vcs se alquem poder me ajudar eu agradeceria muito pois eu n sei mais o que fazer e jogar esta péssimo assim.... e esse problema só acontece no sl em outros jogos esta normal como deveria tenho 3 viewer aki firestorm.singurality e o original e o problema fica nos 3 alquem pode me ajudar?

so before my chart was perfect knows crisp could see every detail perfect letters and all ai formatted my pc and installed everything you need then sl this blurry but the graph does not see the details right and the letters are blurred
already tried everything customizable graphically in sl between low and ultra 've changed the drive 3 times the first video I put what I was using before formatting now I'm the last drive and the problem persists I 3 Firestorm viewers / Singularity / viewer the original problem 3 is put in if I play any other game the graphics is perfect as before .... it only happens in sl I do not know how to ask for your help because I do not want to give up the sl as a very good game and appreciate the attention ..
