[Contacts are all offline]

My contact appear all offline. However, when I know someone is online, I send message and they became online. My contacts are experiencing the same phenomenon. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I cannot delete the group AKEYO from my group list, I have tried everything even 5 different viewers and when I press "leave group"nothing happens, but I can delete other groups without issues... I contacted support today, the group owner won't respond and I been having this problem since January. 

Any help appreciated!
