[I got 5 bloodline crates delivered to me, and 2 bloodline dresses. I had Lindens removed from accou]

I got 5 bloodline crates delivered to my inventory and I did not order them, why would I need the same thing 5 times.  Bloodlines removed 1797 Lindens from my account too over this,  they removed all my Lindens!!  How do I go about getting a refund.  I have asked bloodlines vampire game several times to get my Lindens back and they are ignoring me and wishing me happy hunting!!   Help...  Jessi

[notecards disappeared?]

when i logged off last night i had note cards i use, and when i logged on today they are all gone.   is there anyway of retrieving them?
