[will the rolling restart prevent me from connecting to the region?]

I am having the same problem.  The region will not allow me to log in

I have uninstalled & reinstalled the  Firestorm 4.7.9.50527 viewer.  I am stuck in a region which will noit allow me to log in.  Please assist A.S.A.P.

To hide the Interface you state to press the keyboard keys Ctrl Alt F1.  I am using the Firestorm Viewer, Windows 7 Professional Operating System.  When I do as you say my viewer changes from normal to pink.  I then have to reestablish my viewer back to normal. 

Can you please advise me on how to Hide My User Interface using Frirestorm, Windows 7 Profesional ?  Thank You .
