it is arrow keys on board and the the one movement on screen

I don't know what or how I did this but my arrow keys for movement are reversed my up is down and down is up etc, how do I reverse , please help :)

I just asked a previous question of claiming my linden home and tried a solution to fix the problem, IE : to clear cache and such and try a different browser to load the blank page that keeps popping up, it didnt work, could it be the site is down? I m not sure what to do, is there another solution, thank you!!!:)

I just upgraded to a premium membership and went to claim my home, when i signed into email and went to page it directed me to claim your linden home now page when I clicked claim my home and after naming it and agreeing to terms the next page didnt load and its a white screen, I didnt recieve my home, I tried to refresh nothing is working, Please help! :)

Wow, so i was in world at a shop buying boots for $499 linden and when I paid nothing happened no pop ups no nothing so I tried again and nothing. So I was charged almost $1000 linden for nothing, I reported it and no replys or nothing I messaged the vendor no reply, what really sucks is I looked in my Order History it doesnt show an invoice, am I looking in wrong place for it to show on transaction history? , how do you get the menu to pop up and name someone your owner? with the open collar? I bought it a couple times rezed it and put on and once it had pop up menu option to upgrade, i did rebooted, now no menus pop up, how do I name someone my owner and get started please help  any feedback would be great thanks!
