Once again i have to post this complaint. I created my alt Alexandermccourtney but i am unable to log in Marketplace with that name and password; therefore i cannot buy from there. Alexandermccourtney can only buy inworld, receive money and gifts but cannot receive free gifts. I have tried to follow what suggested here to get help but didn't work. Is it possible that you solve my problem without telling me where to try or who to write to? Sometimes, when trying to get help from inworld help device, Alexandermccourtney results as unknown as well so, it is impossible to ask anyone. I created a new avatar Alexandermccourtney resident but this avi cannot log in Marketplace. I transfer money to this new avatar and he can and pay buy inworld; he can receive gifts from main avatar providing items have a price, otherwise he cannot receive free items as gifts. hI, Yesterday morning, March the 27th 2013, i made payment through my prepaid card K2 WHITE to second life.com\\1 800 8606990\rg1 4ap gbr /c.aut.689152 for EUR 50,44 to but Lindens. The amount of EUR 50,44 has been duly deducted from my card but never got the Lindens. Can anyone find out where my money has gone and the way to get it back? THANK YOU. 7251 RESIDENT.
