[Why don't my postings show up on events list?]

I dj one little jazz set a week and I like to have it listed in events with the hopes of attracting people.  When I make the posting I don't get any error messages but it's hit and miss whether my event gets displayed on the list.  What on earth is the issue?

And there seems to be no way to contact Linden Labs to ask them directly about this.  It's all so frustrating and discouraging.

It seems to me the more events listed the better it is to attract people to SL.

[Why don'tt my events show up on the Community Events list?]

I submit one every week & it seldom ever appears on the list.  Sometimes it shows up in an in world search & sometimes it doesn't. I attempt to resubmit but it won't let me as it's a duplicate.  So frustrating and annoying.

I think the disdain for winamp is due to it being unreliable in terms of maitaining a connection to the server.  That is certainly an disconcerting problem I've been experiencing.
