Go to 'Advanced' settings

Go to 'Show Debug Settings'

Go to RenderMaxTextureIndex

Set value to 0 (usually default is 16)

Hit Enter & leave screen

Really annoying that this is not getting fixed. Get it after every update. I'm sure a lot of first time users have the same & are put off Second life just for that lil bug!
