[I can log in and send messages but when someone sends me one they are told I'm offline]

I log in and it shows I"m logged in, but if anyone goes to IM me they get a message that I'm offline.  I've tried firestorm and the LL viewer.  Any ideas?

 

It was with multiple people and when I thought it was working it stopped again.  I'm hoping it's working right later today.
