[Why continue charging?]

I have already asked to be downgraded to Basic but my account is still charged every month.  So I decided to cancel my Premium acc - and yet that is still pending. I can go broke just because of secondlife! Please stop my subscription!!!!!!

I can't have access to my region when I clicked "visit this location".  Please help.
