This year 1.5 million women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer. A third of them will die.
It doesn't have to be this way.
On the 15th of March, the Green Lantern Core will be holding a Ball for a Cure.
Join us for dancing and music between 2PM and 6PM PST on New Oa to help raise funds for research into a cure for this terrible disease.
All donations and proceeds from the exclusive event clothing will go to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Where: New OA
When: March 15th, 2PM to 6PM PST(SLT)

The Celebration of Life!:heart:
We've all lost someone, and when that happens we cry a thousand tears
imagining how lonely we feel now that they're gone.
What if we had one day, we could celebrate in their name, a day that
celebrates life and how precious it is. We don't need to cry any longer.
With the Celebration of Life event, we have that day. A virtual wake,
where we may gather, and in remembrance and celebrate with what
time we have left, in their name. With Josie Anderton's beautiful voice
to raise our spirits.
In memory of Venya Salome, and all the others who were lost to
short lived experiences. Rest in Peace.

When: Saturday, June 7th. 4:30PM SLT
Why: Charity Donations(Relay for Life) & Partying
Attire: No Uniforms!
