[why does my screen keep freezing ? i have a mac computer.]

i have a mac computer and am using Firestorm , latest version.  Why does my computer screen continually freeze??

[why can't i go places without getting kicked out on the day i started?]

I started today, tpd to venue and they kicked me out it said because I hadn't been there for 7 days.  Why can't i go anywhere, this was to Runaround Sue's.
