[bringing back an old avi]

Hi  i want to bring back my old DJ avi i remember the name but not the password or the email address to have a new password link sent .. hopefully  someone can help me with this

On friday i purchased Dance Control HUD V3.1 [Rave&Techno]  •Order #1310594734 which came through, when i tried to go  to another location i got an error message  saying that  there was a problem and that i would have to reboot, which i did.   i tried to find the package on return to the server it was no longer there , i opened every file i had trying to find it  it wasnt in the recent  file where i thought it might  have been  so  i searched in all the others , nothing it was like it had just vanished .. please help me with as it did coast a lot of money   many thanks for you help
