I haven't been on in awhile and I would like to experience SL as a newbe without having to make an ALT.

If they had some kind of building restrictions it might be worth paying 15L a Square Meter but as it is it's just insane to spend that much and have some idiot put up a big black box next door.

I've been shopping around for land and have noticed that most of the protected waterfront properties are way over priced. I understand the desirability factor but why on earth would someone pay twice what the could buy a private Island for?

We are looking for DJ's, Hosts and possibly live performers.
Must be willing to play a variety of music focused on Rock, both new and classic. Sprinkle in some Blues and country.

Live Acts, pretty much anything good and original.

Keep 100% of your tips.
DJ's must be willing to take requests and play them, no music snobs please.
