StarGazer Estates® was founded on 11th November 2011 by husband and wife team DamienThor Resident and Cliffskajira Resident (known in world as Dragon and Maddy Heart) with a very small land holding of 1 region (Stargazer Bay), somewhere that was safe from closure, to have fun, live out our virtual lives and explore what the exciting virtual world of Second Life had to offer.

We quickly became known around the grid for our competative prices, in Febuary 2013 we became a Limited Liability Company (LLC). Unlike so many current estates around the Second Life grid we are registered and pay tax in Minnesota U.S.A.

We offer you quality land and a peaceful environment for relaxation and play, enhancing your Second Life experience. We have more than three years experience in Second Life. Our prices are very affordable and we are always ready for any help you might need.

We are one of the fastest growing estates on the grid today, we aim to be one of the biggest and well known. We are not a here today gone tomorrow kind of estate, nor will be hide behind alt's, facebook or make false declarations on our site claiming to own over 200 regions. What we claim we actually DO own and pay Linden Lab directly.

We have a number of Full Prim, Homestead, Openspace and Mainland Regions around the Secondlife grid, With various sized lands to suit everyone's budget and style, from Residential Island plots with protected community water ways, to Commercial, Breedables and Club allowed regions. We also offer a selection of Mainland Parcels at a competitive rate.

You do not need a premium account to rent or own land with us. Our prices are fixed (we do run offers for new tenants), we refuse to raise our prices on any current tenant. The price you see is the price you pay. Weekly or Monthly payments in L$ or Paypal (any currency) if you prefer, just speak with a member of our team about how to pay via paypal. We offer renaming and moving of our regions, even joining to another of our regions at the same rate Linden Lab charge us.

L$ that we raise for the setup fee (usually around 5L$ to 20L$ a plot) is donated to charity's at the end of every year, this is our way of giving something back and helping others that are not as fortunate as ourselves.
