    What is allowed on the Land :-

    Yes - Residential
    Yes - Commercial
    Yes - Resell
    Yes - Breedables
    Yes - Skypads ( At least 1500 meters up please )
    Yes - Building Platforms
    Yes - Clubs **(Clubs can be on the ground but if they cause neighbors to complain about lag they need to be raised to 1500m. Thank you for understanding.) This pertains to 1875 prim parcels and up ONLY**  (Clubs are not allowed on 4,096sqm  937prim parcels.)

    What is not allowed :-

    No - Ban lines (we prefer orbs but do not provide any)
    No - Over sized walls - those that go up must be transparent on the neighbors side and must not exceed 30 meters.
    No - Over scripted items on the parcel must be 1500m up
    No - No clubs will be allowed on 937 prim parcels.
    No Griefers - Any suspected griefer will be evicted with no notice all items returned and NO REFUND!
