[How do I clear 'Following'?]

Under Profile, then Web, then Home Button - How do I clear names and pictures from 'Following'?

[Profile]

Someone has used a display name that matchs my avatar name and it shows in my profile 'Web'

This is obviously an attempt at identity theft and an abuse report has been logged but how do I remove the contents as shown in the 'Web' of my profile ?
