I buy L's by paypal.

i did not exceed the limit.
i bought this way befor so my paypal account is capeble for instant transfer.
There's no logical reason why the transfer fails.

Let me specify.
Theres money on paypal aswell on the bank.
Yesturday i did buy lindens the same way and it charged my bank account. (direct transfer, see paypal details below)
it didnt charge my paypal saldo, its still the same as yestuday.
I know how to use paypal!
