[what causes rainbow and flickering effects on graphics?]

I'm Having the Same problem and I have a Intel HD Graphics 4600 and I just of the Computer today and the rest of the game it ok just he boxes are flashing rainbow. Please reply if you found out how to fix it I'm runing on Windows 8 as well.
