[How can I force sit an avatar on menu use (or something similar)]

I made this build where people can click on the 'door' and get a menu. Based on the menu, different things happen, but one of them I want it to trigger a looping animation on the user. I figure I could try and force the user to sit on one of the prims of my build which contains the animation, but I don't know of any way of getting that done. Any ideas?

Where would one go to inquire about paying for some custom made mesh clothing. I'm would like to made a custom made scuba diving drysuit, something for women (that actually looks feminine while still looking functional). I know this is really specific, but I'd appreciate any information on where someone can go for that sort of work.
